Meet the Founder

As a physician-leader and AME Ambassador, Dr. Jackson's work bridges clinical psychiatry, medical anthropology, and youth development. Leveraging his journey as a Georgetown and Columbia scholar, Dr. Jackson has moved beyond the traditional clinic to mentor and advocate for the next generation of physicians to thrive. Dr. Jackson believes that when we empower Black medical students and residents, we transform the health of the entire community. He is more than a mentor; he is a visionary advocate ensuring that the future of medicine is as diverse, resilient, and vibrant as the people it serves. For Dr. Jackson, community health starts with the healers themselves. He is dedicated to:

  • Architecting Resilience: Providing the blueprint for young Black physicians to navigate the rigors of the field with their mental health and purpose intact.

  • Radical Advocacy: Fighting for a healthcare system that sees, hears, and values the brilliance of Black professionals.

  • Scholarship with Soul: Bringing relational expertise back to the community, making high-level medical insights accessible and actionable.

Our Mission

To redefine the medical pipeline by integrating clinical rigor with culturally resonant wellness, ensuring that every underrepresented student has the mental, academic, and professional infrastructure to become an outstanding clinician and physician leader.
